Arctic Loon

Identification:
27"  The Arctic loon has almost the same color,texture, and smoothness but the Arctic loon looks paler than the Pacific loon. It is also bigger than the Pacific loon by 2 inches. The white mark under its chin is more visible
than the Pacific loon. In the winter it looks almost the same as a Pacific but the skin is a lighter black than the Pacific loon.

Molting:
The Arctic loon molts 2 times per year.

Habitat:
They breed mostly in Alaska's Seward Peninsula.

Winter

 Most winters in Old world. But a few wander along the west coast.

Voice:Yodeling is deeper than the smaller Pacific loon. It is rarely heard in North America.

Pacific Loon

Identification:
The pacific loon is very similar to the arctic loon.
In the summer its head is smoothly rounded with black and white stripes on each side of its throat. The pacific loon has a white breast. It's back isn't as smooth as its head,throat, and breast. It has a  black and white checkered back.
Migration:
It migrates from the corner of Canada through the Boreal Forest and ends at the next corner of Canada.

Habitat:
In the winter it lives next to shores and in the summers it lives next to the Pacific coasts.

Nesting:
They make their nests out of twigs leaves and other vegetation. Then they stick it together with mud.
The nest is usually floating on the water, if not they keep it on an island or near the coast.
The female usually lays two eggs, if the female is lucky it might lay more.

Voice:
Makes a yodeling noise, a er-wee er-ya-wee noise, or is silent.

Red throated loon

Identification: 25" Summer: It has a gray face and a dark red throat. Also has a black body and white stripe underneath its body. Has a black bill to.
Winter:  Faded gray face and and white throat, whitish beak. Body is gradually becoming darker black.

Feeding: Feeds by diving underwater and catching fish. Sometimes is also seen eating in flocks.

Nesting: It has a platform of grasses, twigs, and mud lined around the nest. Is close by to the waters edge. Female makes 1-3 eggs olive brown with dark marks.

Voice: It gives a short wailing noise. Otherwise is very silent.

Habitat: Summers on tundra lakes and arctic coasts. Winters  along the great lakes

My sister wrote her name in cursive

While I was blogging my sister was drawing. Or at least I thought she was. But actually she wasn't.  She was trying to write her name in cursive.  At first she could not write anything.  Then she figured out how to write ahana. But she couldn't write the capital S. So she called my name.  I asked her what do you need she said I don't know how to write S in cursive.  I told her I will teach her and I did. I wrote it on some paper and she copied it. Then she connected it to the rest of her name. Then she showed me and asked is this correct.  I said yes. She was pleased with herself. So she started showing it to my mom and dad. They were impressed. Then she thanked me for teaching her how to write S and connect it.  I said no problem. And that is how my sister wrote her name in cursive. 

Amazing game!

 My friend taught me how to play this amazing, puzzling, mind boggling computer game. It is called forest temple. In the game their are two characters. One is Fireboy and the other is Watergirl. There are many levels. The first level, as you can tell is very easy, but as you go on they become more challenging and puzzling. I'll teach you how to play.  You move Fireboy with the up or the sideways keys. You move Watergirl with the W,A, or D keys. Here is how you pass the levels. First of all you should not mix fire and water together.  Second the green water kills them both. Third you will know when you are done because there is a finish line. You should push levers to stop the fa or to rise elevators up. If you push a button it does the same thing. the only difference of levers and buttons are that you have to stand on to the button until the other player is done with what they need to do and if you push a lever it stays like that forever. In forest temple there are three versions.  The first version is the one I am telling you about. The second one is called the light temple. The third version is called forest temple but is much more challenging.  If you want to here my opinion of the game. It is AMAZING !

The Unknown Forest Part 2

The lion said I think there is a strawberry tree over there that might make you shrink.   Sahana went and ate the strawberry she shrunk and shrunk and shrunk until she became the size of a mouse. Is there any other plants asked Pranay I am afraid not said the lion unless... she wants to eat the leaves of the strawberry. Sahana went and tried one leaf she swallowed it and became her original size. Now that she is her original size every thing is good right said Pranay. Right replied the lion. But there is still one problem said Pranay. What is that asked the lion? Me and my sister, Sahana want to get out of here. Why asked the lion with a smile on his face.The problem is that we want to get out of here and return to our house. Well you will never return without finding the UNKNOWN SPECIES and defeating it. Why do we have to do that asked Sahana. You have to do it because er it is like a passport to get out of his place.Oh said Sahana and wit that she and Pranay went zooming of to find the UNKNOWN SPECIES.  They were out of breath and they sat down on a log they felt something behind it they looked back and there it was the UNKNOWN SPECIES just as the lion described it it was a  mixture of all the animals in the forest.  Pranay and Sahana ran to the lion and said we found the UNKNOWN SPECIES. The UNKNOWN SPECIES meanwhile found Pranay and Sahana and said I declare war. Pranay and Sahana ran but the lion did not. Pranay called out to the lion but he did not come instead he fought the UNKNOWN SPECIES. The lion fought and fought until the UNKNOWN SPECIES defeated him Pranay and Sahana cried, the lion who had been their friend for so long was no longer there.  It was now up to Pranay, Sahana, and the rest of the animals in the forest to defeat this horrid creature.  Both Pranay and Sahana called the rest of the animals in the forest and told them what had happened they felt sad and wanted to defeat that horrid creature. So the animals sprang into action and they worked together to defeat the horrid creature. The cheetah fought the cheetah part of the creature, the owl fought the owl part of the creature, the monkey fought the monkey part of the creature and Pranay and Sahana fought the lion part of the creature they all worked together and defeated the UNKNOWN SPECIES. Just then a magical thing happened.  The lion came back and told Pranay and Sahana they could go back home and have a nice day when they came home they had dinner and went off to sleep. Then Pranay suddenly woke up and said what an amazing dream.I  wish my dream was real Pranay went outside to play and there it was the unknown forest. My dream came true exclaimed Pranay!
